Refund policy

Didn't love your HAUTEPOCKETS?  No worries!  We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 calendar days after receiving your package to request a return and ship back your item(s).  To be eligible for a return, item(s) must be unworn/unused, free of stains, tears or smells with the original tag attached.  Unfortunately, we are not able to offer free returns so return shipping costs are your responsibility.  You can always contact us for any return questions at returns@haute-pockets.com.

If your return falls within the 14-day return window, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be  accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days.  If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you have not been credited, please contact us at returns@haute-pockets.com.

Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
