Shipping policy

  • We only ship within the United States
  • We offer a $5 flat shipping rate to the continental US for orders up to $124.99 and Free shipping for orders at $125 and over
  • Orders are shipped within 3 business days of purchase (unless we are somewhere far and away on a magical adventure.  If that's the case, we'll let you know before you order). 
  • You can expect to receive your order within 3-5 business days of the ship date
  • We ship all orders with tracking information.  If your shipment shows as delivered but you did not receive it, we will file a claim with the shipping carrier but we would not be able to offer a refund.  
  • If you'd like to return an item, shipping is your responsibility
